  Ingredients:
  • 115g/4oz rolled oats
  • 85g/3oz chopped walnuts
  • 85g/3oz whole unblanched almonds
  • 55g/2oz flaked or dessicated coconut
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp wheatgerm
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed vegetable or safflower oil
  • 2 tbsp organic liquid honey
  • 55g/2oz dried cherries
  • 85g/3oz golden raisins
  • 1 tub Greek yogurt
  • 115g/4oz fresh strawberries or raspberries, cleaned
  Method:
  • Preheat the oven to 150C/Gas 2. Toss the first 10 ingredients together, then spread them thinly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning everything over occasionally. Do not allow the granola to become too dark, the texture should be crunchy.
  • Remove and allow to cool. Keep in an airtight container until ready to use.
  • To serve, place a helping of Greek yogurt into a bowl and sprinkle over some granola, then top with strawberries or raspberries
